Talmadeus | THE GREATER GOOD (21/121)
Played by Peter McCauley |
| Salmoneus got on the bad side of
this evil Warlord (is there any other type?), by selling him
faulty weapons and armor. Talmadeus made it his mission to
kill Sal in revenge. Of course, Xena got in the way of this
plan. But Xena was weakened by talmic poisoning (due to
Callisto... but that's really another story), and Talmadeus had
the advantage -- which clearly went to his head. In the end,
Xena came back from the dead to save the day and Talmadeus
ended up at the mercy of his victims -- the
villagers. |

Talus | DEATH IN CHAINS (09/109)
Played by Kieren Hutchison |
| Talus is a good-looking young
man with a gentle soul and a desire to help those in need.
He meets up with Xena and an immediately adoring Gabrielle
in DEATH IN CHAINS when no one can die - even those
who are
in extreme pain or suffering mercilessly. He volunteers to
help them get into Sisyphus' castle, since he knows his way
around, to help them free Celesta. He nobly does so, though
all the while he knows that once she is free, he must go
with her - he is terminally ill. His sacrifice brings a
tearful end to the episode, especially when Gabrielle begs
for his life. He is later mentioned in
IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE, when Gabrielle and
Xena are
leaving the temple after Gabrielle's brush with death. She
said that she saw him and he said hello. By what she
describes, Talus made it into the Elysian Fields, and she
would have, too. [RG] |

Termin | DREAMWORKER (03/103)
Played by Bruce Hopkins |
| Termin was Xena's first kill.
She meets him in her dreamscape. She had slit his
throat. |
 |
Theodorus | THE WARRIOR PRINCESS (HTLJ)
Played by Michael Dwyer |
| A member of the evil Xena's
army, Theodorus (not to be confused with Callisto's
Theodorus -- hey that's a Whoosh! project in
itself -- love-blinded sidekicks of murderous female
warlords -- or at least an ancient Greek episode of Ricki.)
was commanded by Xena to kill Hercules. He failed -- not so
much because of Herk's skill, as his own
lack of skill. In his death-throes,
Theodorus lamented failing Xena and told Hercules that love
had made him attempt to kill the big lug. |
 |
Theodorus | DEATH MASK (22/122), RETURN OF
DEATH MASK (29/205) and INTIMATE
STRANGER (31/207)
Played by David Te Rare |
| Theodorus was Callisto's
lieutenant. Like everyone, he feared Callisto, but he was a
little in love with her as well. Theodorus took over
Callisto's army after her death. He was killed by Callisto
when she was in Xena's body. [CC]

Thersites | A FISTFUL OF DINARS (14/114)
Played by Jeremy Roberts |
| A kick-ass villan. Thersites was
an assassin who reluctanly teamed up with Xena, Gabrielle
and Petracles to find the Sumarian treasure. Once he
realized that the treasure included the Titans Key and
ambrosia, Thersites turned on his comrades (c'mon were they
really surprised?), took Gabrielle hostage
(one of the many knife-at-the-throat-of-Gab incidents),
killed Petracles and ended up being killed by Xena.

Tim Thomerson, the actor who portrayed Meleager, is a
well-known figure in the realm of science fiction. Mr.
Thomerson is constantly busy with his active career, but he
recently has taken time out to attend a few Xena
Conventions, among them WarriorCon in Washington, DC in
early September. I was lucky enough to meet Tim at the
convention, and I was very impressed with his down-to-earth
personality and quick-witted, brilliant sense of humor. He
entertained his audience the entire time he was on stage
with amusing stories, anecdotes, and hilarious answers to
his fans' questions. He was a very nice, easy-going guy, and
I will continue to remember him fondly. [RG] |

Tor | HOOVES &
HARLOTS (10/110)
Played by Andrew Kovacevich |
| One of Krykus' guards, Tor gets
a dose of the warrior princess when he at first refuses her
entry into Krykus' tent. |
 |
Toris | DEATH
MASK (23/123). Played
by Joseph Kell |
| Xena's older brother, Toris,
chose to run to the hills rather than fight -- like Xena and
Lyceus -- when Cortese attacked Amphipolis all those years
ago. Wracked with guilt because of his cowardice and Lyceus'
death, Toris decided the only way for him to redeem himself
was to bring Cortese to justice by killing him. It's hard to
believe Toris, who, let's face it, is a major wimp, is
related to Xena -- so hard in fact, that Toris was not
mentioned before this episode or since.

Toxeus | DEATH IN CHAINS (09/109) and MORTAL
BELOVED (16/116)
Played by Chris Graham |
| Toxeus was a warlord/primitive
gang leader in DEATH IN CHAINS whom Xena kills, but
because
Celesta is held captive, he doesn't actually die. When
Celesta is freed, he then proceeds to Tartaras. He appears
again in MORTAL BELOVED when Hades loses his helmet
of
invisibility, causing the good to stay in Tartarus and the
wicked to have the run of either the Elesyian Fields or
Tartarus, mostly keeping to paradise. His one great moment
is a line "Ain't death grand" right before he literally
loses his head for eternity. [RG] |
